Through yoga, I learned to love myself in ways I never imagined.

I remember my very first yoga class like it was yesterday. How humbled I was by not just the physical movement, but by how it required me to connect with myself in a way that I hadn’t ever done before. After that class I felt different… cracked open, exposed in the most beautiful way. Like I had broke free from something I didn’t even know was holding me back. And I knew in that moment, I would never be the same.

I created the Glow Movement to inspire you to peel back your own layers so that you can step more authentic into youself and love the sh*t our of your unique, beautiful, glowing life.

Through my own experiences with yoga, personal growth & self-lovery I am here to help you create intentful connection and empower you in ever aspect of your life. I promise to be your biggest fan and number one hype woman as you go. Get ready babe, because we’re about to light this sh*t up!
